How do I book a vendor on Wedding On Wheels?

Go to the Vendors page, filter by your location and category, review the vendor’s profile (portfolio, reviews, pricing), and click "Book Now". Vendor availability is shown in real time.

Can I change vendors after booking?

Yes, you can change or cancel a vendor up to 15 days before the booking date. After that, the cancellation policy applies. Each vendor’s specific policy is mentioned on their profile.

Are all vendors verified?

Absolutely. Every vendor listed on our platform goes through our verification process — a listing is approved only after checking business documents, portfolio, and customer feedback.

How do I contact a vendor directly?

Every vendor profile has a "Contact Vendor" button. You can speak directly via in-app chat or phone call. Your message history is saved in your dashboard.

Which payment methods are accepted?

UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and EMI options are available. We use the secure Razorpay payment gateway — your data is fully encrypted.

How much advance payment is required?

Typically, 20-30% is due as an advance at the time of booking. The remaining amount depends on your agreement with the vendor — this is clearly mentioned on the vendor’s profile.

What is the refund policy?

Cancelling 30+ days before the event gets a full refund. 15-30 days before gets a 50% refund. Less than 15 days is not eligible for a refund. See our full Refund Policy for details.

My payment failed — the amount was deducted but the booking wasn’t made. What now?

If the amount was deducted but the booking wasn’t confirmed, it is automatically refunded within 5-7 working days. If it doesn’t arrive, contact weddingonwheels.in@gmail.com with your booking ID.

I forgot my password — how do I reset it?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email, and you’ll receive a reset link. The link is valid for 30 minutes.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. All active bookings must be completed or cancelled before deleting your account. Deleted accounts are permanently removed after 30 days.

Can I plan more than one wedding on a single account?

Currently, each account supports one wedding plan. You can create separate accounts for multiple weddings. Multi-wedding support is coming soon.

How does vendor registration work?

Go to the Vendor Registration page, register your business, upload your portfolio, and submit verification documents. Approval takes 2-3 working days.

What is the commission rate?

Wedding On Wheels charges an 8-12% commission on successfully completed bookings. Subscription plans are also available offering better visibility and lower commission.

When do I get paid?

Payment is released within 7 working days of event completion. The platform commission is deducted and the remaining amount is transferred to your registered bank account.
