Vendor Terms of Service

By registering as a vendor on Wedding On Wheels, you agree to these Vendor Terms in addition to the general Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not create a vendor account.

These terms constitute an agreement between Wedding On Wheels Private Limited ("Company") and the registered vendor ("you").

Vendors listed on the platform are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate service descriptions and pricing

• Attending booked events or providing advance notice

• Maintaining the quality of service as promised

• Not engaging in fake reviews or misleading practices

• Paying Wedding On Wheels commission on time

Violations may result in listing suspension or a permanent ban.

To list your business, register on the Vendor Registration page, upload your portfolio, and submit verification documents.

Approval typically takes 2-3 working days. Your listing goes live only after admin review and approval.

Wedding On Wheels charges an 8-12% commission on successfully completed bookings. Subscription plans are available offering better visibility and lower commission.

Payment is released within 7 working days of event completion. The platform commission is deducted and the remaining amount is transferred to your registered bank account.

Vendor-initiated cancellations receive the customer a full refund plus ₹500 compensation for the inconvenience.

Wedding On Wheels will actively help the affected customer find an alternative vendor, and the refund is processed within 5-7 working days.

Repeated vendor-initiated cancellations may result in listing suspension.

Violating these terms — including fake reviews, misleading listings, late commission payments, or repeated cancellations — may result in listing suspension or a permanent ban from the platform.
