Terms of Service

By using the Wedding On Wheels platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

These terms constitute an agreement between Wedding On Wheels Private Limited ("Company") and the user ("you").

Wedding On Wheels is an online marketplace where:

• Couples can find and book wedding vendors

• Vendors can list and manage their services

• Both parties can communicate and transact securely

The platform may only be used for lawful purposes.

• You are responsible for providing accurate information

• Account security is your responsibility — do not share your password with anyone

• Each person may hold only one account

• Fake or misleading accounts will be banned immediately

• You must be 18 years or older to use the platform

Vendors listed on the platform are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate service descriptions and pricing

• Attending booked events or providing advance notice

• Maintaining the quality of service as promised

• Not engaging in fake reviews or misleading practices

• Paying Wedding On Wheels commission on time

Violations may result in listing suspension or a permanent ban.

• Provide accurate event details at the time of booking

• Honor payment agreements

• Communicate respectfully with vendors

• Do not submit fake reviews or false complaints

• Inform vendors of cancellations in advance

• All payments are processed securely through the Razorpay gateway

• Prices are in INR; applicable taxes apply

• The Wedding On Wheels platform fee is included in the booking amount

• Vendor commission structure is communicated separately

• Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension

• 30+ days before the event: Full refund (minus 2% processing fee)

• 15–29 days before: 50% refund

• 7–14 days before: 25% refund

• Less than 7 days: No refund

Vendor-initiated cancellations receive a full refund plus ₹500 compensation.

• The Wedding On Wheels name, logo, and design are our intellectual property

• Content uploaded to the platform (photos, reviews) remains the rights of the user, but Wedding On Wheels holds a limited license to use it

• Infringing on others’ intellectual property is strictly prohibited

• Wedding On Wheels is a marketplace platform — we do not directly provide services

• Ultimate responsibility for vendor performance lies with the vendor

• Wedding On Wheels is not liable for indirect or consequential damages

• Our maximum liability is limited to the booking amount

• Please try in-platform dispute resolution first

Wedding On Wheels may update these terms from time to time. You will be notified by email of significant changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
